NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING
Dear Club Lakeridge Association Members,
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, in accordance with the Bylaws of Club Lakeridge Vacation Ownership Association (the "Bylaws"), that the Board of Directors ("Board") will hold a special meeting on Monday, December 23, 2024, at 4:00 PM Pacific Time via Zoom teleconference (“Meeting”). The Meeting is sent via first-class mail and is called 15 days in advance of the Meeting pursuant to Bylaw Art. VI, Sec. 7.

As you may know, the winning bid at the auction was $1.9 Million. A 45- to 60-day closing period will follow the auction, after which funds will be promptly distributed.
At this time, no action is required on your part as owners. We appreciate your continued cooperation and patience. We understand the importance of receiving your funds promptly, but these efforts are complex and require thorough validation to ensure everyone is compensated accurately.
We will continue to keep you updated as developments unfold.
